About Our Client
Our client is a UK-based corporate finance and M&A advisory firm that supports business owners through every stage of the deal lifecycle, from growth strategy and exit planning to acquisitions and turnarounds. With a growing national advisor network across the UK, the firm is known for its hands-on approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and deep sector expertise. Now expanding its offshore team, they are looking for a dynamic Marketing, PR & Content Executive in South Africa to help elevate their brand visibility and support growth.
The Role: Marketing, PR & Content Executive
This is a varied and visible role for a proactive and creative marketing professional. You'll work closely with the UK-based Origination team, leadership, and design support to plan and deliver a range of marketing, PR, and content initiatives. From social media and email campaigns to press releases and thought leadership, you'll play a key role in telling the brands story and enabling business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content across LinkedIn for the firm and its advisors
- Support marketing campaigns for new services like turnaround and exit planning
- Draft layout briefs and collaborate with the designer on brochures and decks
- Write newsletters, advisor bios, press releases, and website updates
- Build and send email campaigns using Mailchimp
- Support HubSpot tagging, segmentation, and workflows
- Repurpose deal activity, testimonials, and firm updates into content
- Draft and distribute PR materials to UK trade media
- Identify opportunities for awards, media contributions, and thought leadership
- Collaborate with the Origination team to align content with outreach and sales goals
About You
- 2- 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional or financial services
- Excellent written English (UK tone) with strong attention to detail
- Confident using LinkedIn, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, and PowerPoint
- Experienced in drafting press releases, blogs, and editorial content
- Highly organised and self-managed, with strong follow-through
- Creative, curious, and willing to propose new ideas
- Able to manage multiple priorities calmly and professionally
- Collaborative mindset, but confident taking ownership
