Responsibilities

  • - Support the events team with administrative duties
  • - Assist with preparation of presentations, proposals and budgets
  • - Coordinate logistics and schedules
  • - Liaise with clients and suppliers
  • - Maintain accurate event documentation and records
  • - 2-5 years of experience in an administrative/events coordination role
  • - Corporate experience is a must
  • - Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • - Drivers license and own transport essential

Requirements

Working Hours & Flexibility

Monday to Wednesday: In-office
Thursday & Friday: Remote
Weekend work and travel may be required

Salary

R10,000 R15,000 (based on experience, skills, and current package)
