A well-established company is seeking an experienced Finance and Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to manage a wide range of accounting and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-function bookkeeping support using Pastel Accounting and payroll systems
- Manage supplier and customer accounts, including credit control and invoice processing
- Oversee petty cash, VAT reports, fixed asset register, and depreciation/interest calculations
- Provide administrative support to management, including meeting coordination, travel bookings, and staff record management
- Process weekly wages, monthly payments, and employee leave
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems
- Assist with stock control, logistics bookings, and vehicle maintenance records
- Support internal and external audits with precise reporting and documentation
Systems Proficiency Required:
- Pastel
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Payroll and Time Log systems
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping/admin role
- Strong knowledge of accounting practices and reporting
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Confident in managing both financial and general administrative duties
