Were looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Cold Store Admin Clerk to support the smooth running of our cold storage operations during nightshift. Youll play a key role in assisting the Shift Manager and coordinating daily admin tasks to keep everything running like clockwork.
What You'll Do:

Support the Shift Manager with daily admin duties

Allocate and verify stock (weight, quantity, condition)

Ensure all loading/unloading documents are accurate

Manage service providers and ensure compliance

Handle internal documents, leave registers, and order systems
-
Communicate with logistics, HR, and other departments
-
Keep records updated: GRVs, returns, PODs, SAP entries

Order seals, stationery, and office supplies
-
Scan and match delivery notes daily
What We Need From You:

Matric certificate
-
Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, SAP B1, Camara WMS, Chep system

Excellent attention to detail & organization
-
Good communication and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude

Able to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Flexible and open to change
-
Must have own reliable transport
-
Willing to work night shift and adapt to changing schedules
