What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting clients with first-line IT help desk assistance

• Assisting the sales team with technical quotes, product info, and admin

• Building great client relationships with professional and confident communication

• Working in a structured, admin-driven environment with clear tasks and targets

• Joining the team on client visits to offer on-site support when needed

• Keeping records and internal systems up to date

What Were Looking For:

• A tech-inclined, task-driven individual who loves structure and admin

• Confident, extroverted personality with strong people skills

• Matric certificate required (solid marks preferred)

• No formal qualifications needed, just a proven work ethic and hunger to learn

• Bonus: A+ and N+ or any IT-related qualifications

• Preferably has a driver's license and own reliable transport
