A leading premium tech retailer and service provider is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate individual about customer service. We're looking for a Returns Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic Procurement Department based in Pinelands, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Handling customer returns and warranty verifications

• Coordinating testing and repair/replacement processes with suppliers

• Managing stock movements, mini stock takes, and full monthly stock counts

• Receiving deliveries, logging returns, and processing credit notes

• Maintaining accurate pricing and system entries (Hansa)
