Senior Finance and Insurance Manager (Automotive Industry) - Sandton - Market-related Salary

We're looking for a dynamic, seasoned, and highly experienced  Senior F&I Manager, Finance and Insurance Manager to join the automotive group dealership team and take ownership of all financial consultation, insurance facilitation, and aftermarket product sales. You'll play a key role in helping customers finance their dream vehicles while ensuring compliance, integrity of documentation, and a world-class client experience.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:0017:30 | Saturday 8:0013:00

Qualification:

  • Education: Matric plus a relevant degree (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
  • Certifications: FAIS and NCA accredited
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in automotive finance and insurance
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with Signio, dealership CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description:

  • Drive finance sales: Collaborate with the sales team to secure competitive financing solutions and close deals.
  • Upsell value-added products: Offer extended warranties, insurance, and protection plans tailored to customer needs.
  • Assess customer affordability: Conduct credit reviews, affordability checks, and guide customers through the application stages.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and uphold legal and regulatory standards.
  • Manage CRM stages: From verification and validation to delivery and post-sale support, you'll ensure a seamless financial journey.
