      The Role: Recruitment Consultant Education

      As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on sourcing and managing education professionals for UK-based roles. You will be responsible for the full candidate journey from initial contact to placement ensuring high-quality recruitment outcomes that align with safeguarding protocols and client expectations.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Source, screen, and manage a high volume of education professionals (teachers, TAs, therapists, psychologists, etc.)
      • Maintain strong, supportive relationships with active candidates throughout the recruitment process
      • Manage job adverts, monitor applications, and conduct CV shortlisting
      • Conduct candidate interviews and thorough background checks aligned with safeguarding standards
      • Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand role specifications and match suitable talent
      • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database
      • Deliver excellent communication and follow-through from initial engagement to successful placement

      About You

      • Previous experience in UK education recruitment is essential
      • Familiarity with roles such as teachers, TAs, SEN specialists, and other education professionals
      • Strong candidate management and delivery capabilities
      • Knowledge of compliance and safeguarding protocols in the education sector
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
      • Able to work remotely and independently while engaging closely with a UK-based team
