The Role: Executive Manager (Information and AI)
This executive-level role exists to lead the enterprise-wide information management, data, and AI strategy. The position contributes to the business by driving innovation, influencing decision-making through analytics, and overseeing critical infrastructure. The main focus areas include systems modernization, digital transformation, and positioning the organization as a technology leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead for at least 8 years with progressive experience including senior management and executive leadership.
- Drive a transformative information management and AI agenda to fuel business growth and operational excellence.
- Modernize core systems, analytics, and AI platforms to deliver automation across all business units.
- Ensure enterprise-wide data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize technology infrastructure and manage vendor partnerships.
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT team while fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion.
- Align technical focus areas including AI and data with overarching organizational objectives.
- Deliver complex, high-impact projects and lead AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.
About You
- At least 8 years of progressive experience, including significant exposure to senior management and executive leadership.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven history of delivering complex, high-impact projects.
- Experience leading AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong ability to align AI, data, and tech focus areas with organizational objectives.
