Our client is a market leader in service and repair management software, trusted by retailers worldwide to streamline workflows, enhance customer experiences, and drive return-to-retail. In just a few short years, they've built a strong global footprint through innovation, client success, and service excellence. Now expanding their Growth Team, they're seeking a driven Business Relationship Manager to strengthen client partnerships and help scale the business internationally.
The Role: Business Relationship Manager
This role owns the full client lifecycle from delivering compelling demos and closing new deals to nurturing existing accounts and identifying upsell opportunities. Approximately 80% of your focus will be on strategic account management, with the remaining 20% dedicated to new business development. You'll work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who handle lead qualification and demo scheduling, allowing you to focus on consultative selling and long-term client success.
Because of the company's global client base, this position requires flexibility with working hours, typically supporting either U.S. time zones (ending around 10 p.m. SAST) or Australia/New Zealand regions (starting around 4 a.m. SAST).
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, needs-based demos and close new business deals.

Manage and grow existing client accounts through proactive relationship management.

Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.

Collaborate with SDRs to convert qualified leads into successful partnerships.

Drive account-based selling strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Work with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Excellence) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts.

Keep up to date with product innovations and industry trends.
About You

3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (SaaS/software preferred).

Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, accountable, and effective in a remote environment.

Tech-savvy with a curiosity to learn about evolving products and markets.

Comfortable working flexible shifts aligned with international time zones (early mornings or late evenings).
