The Role: Junior Technical Consultant

As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will support the deployment and adoption of advanced technical solutions by assisting with professional services delivery, customer support, and product training. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to build deep product knowledge while working directly with global clients and internal teams. Youll be part of a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and development across a broad portfolio of modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support, IT services, or implementation environment
  • Assist in configuring and deploying software and hardware solutions across client environments
  • Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
  • Deliver end-user and partner training on product functionality and best practices
  • Collaborate with sales, development, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Help document technical processes, feedback, and improvement opportunities
  • Stay updated on new product features and industry developments
  • Support internal product testing and demonstration environments

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience (e.g., IT support, consulting, helpdesk)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with customers and teams alike
  • Fast learner with a genuine interest in new technologies and systems
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Service-oriented mindset with a professional approach to client communication
  • Ability to work effectively within a hybrid team environment
  • Second language such as German, Dutch, French, or Spanish is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity or interest in areas like speech recognition, workflow automation, or telephony is a plus
