The Role: Programme Delivery Manager

As Programme Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering seamless supplier engagement projects and supporting day-to-day operations. You'll oversee timelines, stakeholders, and logisticsensuring every initiative is executed to the highest standards. Working closely with the founding partners, this role combines hands-on project delivery with behind-the-scenes coordination, offering a rare opportunity to make a tangible impact across both client work and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and coordination of multi-stakeholder supplier engagement projects and virtual events.
  • Own end-to-end project management: timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the founding partners, including calendar management, travel bookings, and file organisation.
  • Help maintain operational structure and rhythm across the business.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years experience in project management, event coordination, or client delivery (consulting or agency background preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Confident communicator comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and meticulous with detail.
  • Strong digital skills: familiar with Microsoft Suite, GSuite, project management platforms, and virtual event tools.
  • A valid passport is a plus, with occasional international travel possible.
