The Role: Immigration Recruitment Consultant
This role blends immigration advisory with international recruitment. You'll work with pre-qualified leads, helping clients understand their migration options while matching skilled candidates with overseas job opportunities. You'll operate at the intersection of career and life transformation every placement changes someones world.

Key Responsibilities

• 1-3 years experience in sales, recruitment, or a client-facing consulting role

• Engage warm inbound immigration leads no cold calling required

• Conduct discovery calls to assess migration eligibility and advise on visa options

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for international roles

• Build strong partnerships with global employers and hiring teams

• Prepare candidates for interviews and overseas placement

• Manage your sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to expand into new countries and sectors

• Deliver consultative, high-trust support to both clients and candidates

About You

• 1-3 years' experience in sales, recruitment, or client consulting

• Confident communicator with strong interviewing and interpersonal skills

• Organised, proactive, and driven by performance and outcomes

• Passionate about people and solving complex problems

• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Knowledge of immigration or visa processes is a bonus (full training provided)
