The Role: Customer Success Executive
As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be at the forefront of customer engagement, handling inbound enquiries and ensuring prospective clients experience a smooth, professional journey. You'll work across teams to qualify leads, manage pipelines, and ensure clients understand and benefit from the company's unique legal finance solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within sales or client services in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or client service role
- Respond to inbound enquiries from law firms, partners, and clients
- Qualify leads and guide customers through application and onboarding
- Keep the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) updated with accurate notes and statuses
- Liaise with underwriting and internal teams to progress deals efficiently
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain momentum and close opportunities
- Communicate professionally with clients, including those who may be vulnerable
- Share feedback to help improve marketing, processes, and customer experience
About You
- 1-2+ years in customer success, sales support, or account management
- Experience in lending or financial services is highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal English
- Comfortable engaging with legal professionals and end clients
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads
- Tech-savvy, with CRM experience (or a willingness to learn)
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a legal-fintech environment
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
