The Role: Account Manager / Pod Manager (Performance Media)
This role acts as the central link between the South African delivery team and UK agency stakeholders. You'll lead a small performance pod (including campaign and junior campaign managers), overseeing workflow, performance reporting, timelines, and communication across a variety of digital campaigns. Your focus will be operational oversight, delivery excellence, and ensuring that all campaigns meet platform and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Bring 3-5 years experience in digital account management or campaign delivery within an agency setting

Oversee day-to-day campaign workflow across multiple brands and digital channels

Manage internal delivery timelines, team responsibilities, and output quality

Act as the main point of contact for UK-based stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management

Review campaign reports and performance metrics; highlight issues and trends proactively

Lead and support a small team of campaign managers and junior campaign managers

Drive process efficiency and uphold quality and performance standards across the pod
About You

3-5 years experience in a digital agency environment (account or delivery focused)

Strong working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Pinterest, or similar performance platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organised with a keen attention to deadlines and detail

Confident working with performance data and reporting tools

Calm under pressure and proactive in managing workflow or delivery issues

Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset

Comfortable aligning with UK working hours (flexible SA schedule but availability during UK office times is essential)
