About the role:

We are seeking a Stylist Team Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring efficient stock control, strong process adherence, and high performance across the team. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a background in hairstyling or makeup, strong organisational skills, and the ability to elevate appearance standards and operational excellence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee stock control, ensuring accurate inventory management and full compliance with established procedures.
  • Manage daily team operations including attendance, scheduling, holiday planning, and overall workflow.
  • Handle disciplinary documentation and lead training and onboarding to maintain high team performance.
  • Evaluate existing procedures, propose improvements, and draft new protocols to enhance efficiency.
  • Organise and participate in appearance workshops and support the execution of special events.
  • Ensure timely restocking and analyse inventory data to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Conduct research and testing projects to improve consistency in on-camera appearance.
  • Compile and present periodic reports on team activities, stock movements, and purchasing.
  • Maintain and enhance documentation related to standardisation requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve team productivity and coordinate new operational projects.
  • Recommend measures to improve appearance quality, customer experience, and procedural efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong work discipline, maintain confidentiality, use resources responsibly, and uphold legislative and safety requirements.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
    • Diploma or professional certification in hairstyling, makeup, or a related artistic field.
    • PC literacy with the ability to manage scheduling and communication tools.
      Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with diverse personalities and cultures.
      Excellent presentation, communication, and self-discipline skills to maintain high appearance standards.
      Minimum 2 years of experience in stock management and at least 1 year in team leadership or coordination roles.
      Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration and supplier communication.
