DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing business clients within the assigned territory
  • Support customers with renewals, products, and service-related solutions while identifying upselling opportunities where applicable
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • Guide customers through onboarding processes and encourage strategic product adoption
  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify retention or growth opportunities
  • Address customer concerns and help resolve issues impacting product usage or satisfaction
  • Maintain regular outbound communication with clients via phone and email
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain updated account information
  • Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain strong product and service knowledge to effectively support customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or proficient French speaker with good command in English (B2 level and higher)
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, customer success, or client relationship management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work towards individual and team targets
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Confidence in handling outbound client communication.
