As a German-Speaking Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to deal closing and account management.
  • Identify and engage prospects in German-speaking markets through research, targeted outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions to client requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and account management teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Track pipeline performance and provide regular updates to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and changes in the German-speaking business landscape.


Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Fluent German (C1+) exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong English skills (B2 level minimum).
  • Experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
