The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Norwegian-speaking customers. You won't just be answering phones; you'll be providing solutions and ensuring a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat in Norwegian.
- Troubleshooting inquiries regarding products, services, or technical issues.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Navigating multiple tools and platforms to document customer interactions.
What We're Looking For- Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software and quick to learn new tools.
- Mindset: A positive "can-do" attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
- Location: Already based in Barcelona or willing to relocate (we offer relocation support!).
