What Youll Do
Provide support to customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
Handle common inquiries such as:
o Store locations.
o Online returns.
o Complaint management.
o Checking product stock in stores.
o Product reservations (IBS).
Deliver excellent service, contributing to high customer satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits
Net Salary: 30,000 TL
Quality Bonus: Up to 20% of salary (valid until end of 2025).

Work Schedule
Weekdays between 09:00 23:00 (Summer: until 22:00, Winter: until 23:00).
Rotating shifts:

o 13:0022:00
Split shift: 09:0013:00 / 18:0023:00 (every 78 weeks, with 2 days off including
one weekend day).
Breaks: 1 hour daily (within 9-hour schedule).
Days off: Sunday + 1 variable day.
Training
Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off).
Hours: 09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00.
Format: Online.
Attendance is mandatory.
Requirements
German proficiency (C1/C2) mandatory.
Located in Turkey, able to work from home.
Average or above-average computer skills.
A smartphone for secure VPN login verification.
