    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee inventory operations to ensure accurate stock control.
    • Enforce compliance with established procedures and update processes as needed.
    • Monitor inventory movements and identify trends or discrepancies for improvement.
    • Lead daily team activities including scheduling, attendance tracking, and holiday planning.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, goals, and expectations.
    • Supervise and guide team performance to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Document and manage disciplinary procedures in line with company policies.
    • Identify training needs and support ongoing team development.
    • Review existing procedures for effectiveness and suggest improvements.
    • Draft and propose new procedures to enhance workflow and operational standards.
    • Plan and support internal workshops and special events.
    • Contribute to projects aimed at improving visual presentation or service delivery.
    • Compile periodic reports on team performance, inventory status, and purchasing trends.
    • Maintain and update documentation to align with industry and organizational standards.
    • Identify ways to enhance the customer journey and team productivity.
    • Propose and coordinate initiatives aimed at improving service quality and efficiency.
    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
    • Ensure responsible use of company resources and compliance with legal and safety regulations.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native/fluent in English (C1), both oral and written.
    • High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Prior experience in stock management, procurement, or a similar operational role.
    • Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management software.
    • Understanding of procurement and vendor management processes.
    • Background in makeup, hairstyling, or grooming for professional/broadcast settings.
    • Knowledge of skincare or personal appearance products.
    • Experience in managing or supervising a team.
