Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Secretary to the COO & Technical Support Coordinator to provide executive-level administrative support while coordinating technical issues across teams and external partners. This role suits a fast learner with strong English skills who is confident in following up, organizing information, and supporting both business and technical operations


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the COOs daily schedule, meetings, reminders, and overall administrative coordination.
  • Prepare documents, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up summaries.
  • Coordinate tasks and communication across Operations, Finance, HR, and Tech teams.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Receive and log technical issues from internal teams, gathering clear and complete details.
  • Investigate reported issues by testing, replicating problems, collecting screenshots, and summarizing findings.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and technical partners to report, track, and follow up on issues.
  • Monitor issue progress, provide updates, and support timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues, vendor communications, and solutions.
  • Support COO-led initiatives, small projects, and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with onboarding new tools or systems through basic testing and documentation.
  • Perform routine system checks and escalate irregularities when identified.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Thai and English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and highly reliable with strong follow-up habits.
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand new systems independently.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in administration, coordination, or technical support is a plus.
