Key Details

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
• Start Dates: October 5 | October 19 | October 26
• Schedule: 40 hrs/week (Mon–Sun, 07:00–24:00 rotational shifts)
• Contract: Up to 12 months (permanent pathway after 2 years) with a 1-month trial period

What You'll Do

• Provide B2B technical support tailored to client growth needs
• Support advertisers using Facebook Family Apps & Advertising Services
• Handle challenging inbound inquiries via Email and Chat
• Convert majority of email/chat cases into proactive outbound calls to offer white-glove support
• Multitask efficiently across multiple software tools

Compensation & Packages Option A (With Accommodation):

• Total Package: €1,129.34 Gross Cash + €200.00 tax-free apartment benefit
• Base Salary: €836.00 + €69.67 Holiday Bonus + €69.67 Christmas Bonus (paid monthly) + Meal Card

Option B (Without Accommodation):

• Total Package: €1,423.34 Gross Cash
• Base Salary: €1,088.00 + €90.67 Holiday Bonus + €90.67 Christmas Bonus (paid monthly) + Meal Card
