As a Dutch-Speaking Sales Specialist, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue and building strong client partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Full-cycle B2B sales from lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships.
  • Market research and targeted outreach to identify potential business opportunities within the Dutch market.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and tracking KPIs to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to leverage opportunities.


What Were Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in B2B sales preferably in a remote or international environment.
  • Fluent Dutch (C1+) excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Strong English skills (B2 level minimum).
  • Experience in prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and relationship management.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
