Position: Senior Gaming Equipment Administrator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end management of all operational equipment, assets, and supplies, ensuring full accountability, compliance, and operational readiness across multiple departments.
  • Lead the development and implementation of inventory control processes, ensuring all tools and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition and aligned with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage access credentials, permissions, and security protocols for facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Drive the lifecycle management of assets including procurement, utilization tracking, maintenance scheduling, and retirement or disposal of obsolete items in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Forecast equipment and supply requirements, prepare purchase requests, and negotiate with vendors or procurement teams to maintain cost efficiency and business continuity.
  • Analyze equipment usage data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement; propose and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and operational standards; proactively identify and escalate risks or compliance issues to management.
  • Provide guidance, training, and oversight to junior staff or team members involved in equipment and facilities operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Portuguese(C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as English fluency (at least B2).
  • Demonstrated experience in operations management, facilities coordination, or asset lifecycle management, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
  • Advanced computer literacy, with proficiency in inventory management systems, asset tracking tools, and standard office applications.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage competing deadlines, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and accountability across teams.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail; capable of independently driving initiatives and maintaining operational excellence.
