We are currently looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Italian Speaking Customer

Advisor to join our Reservation Support Team in Malta. This position focuses on delivering

top-quality customer service and support for a well-known car rental and reservation brand.

Youll be the go-to person for customers needing assistance with bookings, adjustments, or

general inquiries, helping to create smooth and stress-free experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat in Italian

Assist customers with car rental reservations, booking changes, cancellations, and

post-rental queries

Provide accurate product information, terms and conditions, and rental procedures

Identify and troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively, ensuring first-call resolution

when possible

Handle inbound inquiries and guide customers through the reservation process

step-by-step

Communicate clearly and empathetically, offering personalized assistance

Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty

Document all customer interactions accurately using internal CRM systems

Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues efficiently

Meet individual and team performance goals, including quality, efficiency, and

customer satisfaction KPIs

Who You Are:

Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) C2 level

Good command of English B2 level or higher

Previous customer service or reservation-related experience is a plus, but not

required full training provided

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure

Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently

Comfortable using digital tools and navigating CRM platforms

Flexible and open to working on rotational shifts, including weekends
