This is a fully remote position, but it requires you to be a resident of and legally authorized to work in Greece. For highly qualified candidates currently residing outside of Greece, we offer a comprehensive relocation package, including flight tickets and accommodation, to help you make the move and get settled.

The Role

As a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients in the Danish market. You will provide high-quality support and guidance for a wide range of products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to listen to customers' needs and questions, and guide them toward a positive resolution with patience and a clear, simple approach. While previous experience is a plus, it is not a requirement, as we provide a thorough, paid training program to get you up to speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email, assisting customers with their questions about products and services.
  • Problem Resolution: Provide friendly and efficient support to resolve a variety of customer concerns, escalating more complex issues to a specialized team when necessary.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and details in the company's internal systems.
  • Customer Guidance: Guide customers through solutions, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and support procedures.


What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Danish: You must be a fluent Danish speaker (C2 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English Proficiency: A minimum of B2 English proficiency is required for internal communication, team meetings, and training.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: A natural desire to help others and a calm, empathetic demeanor.
  • Problem-Solver: A strong ability to listen and provide clear, simple solutions.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn about new products and adapt to an evolving environment.
  • Location: Must be a resident of Greece with the legal right to work.
