DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the contract renewal process, fostering trust and building long-term business relationships.
  • Convert renewal opportunities into revenue by qualifying leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to understand their needs and identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Assess customers current product or service usage to recommend suitable upgrades, renewals, or complementary solutions in collaboration with internal sales and technical teams.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the renewal process runs smoothly and is completed on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, renewal status, and pipeline activity within the companys CRM system.
  • Provide customers with clear and accurate information about available products, services, and licensing options to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction by proactively addressing issues, sharing best practices, and delivering exceptional service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Dutch (C1), with excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in English (B2).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a technology or service-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or renewal targets.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Proficiency with standard business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools).
  • General understanding of IT, software, or cloud-based solutions, with the ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based products (e.g., productivity suites, CRM systems, or infrastructure platforms) is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
