Russian Speaking Advertisers Support Specialist

We are looking for an Advertisers Support Specialist to join our dynamic, multicultural team on-site in Lisbon. In this role, you will be the driving force behind helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) maximize their advertising potential.

What you will do:

• Support & Guide: Assist SMBs via chat, email, and phone with pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Problem-Solve: Troubleshoot technical issues, report bugs, and guide users on how to effectively use our platform tools and features.
• Analyze Trends: Identify common challenges faced by clients and collaborate on creative solutions.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Deliver a consistently positive, helpful attitude that elevates our brand experience.
• Stay Organized: Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.

What we are looking for:

• Language Skills: Native or fluent in Russian (written & oral) + fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service roles. (Knowledge of the digital advertising industry is a huge plus!).
• Tech Savvy: Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a resourceful and calm personality under pressure, and the ability to work independently while being a great team player.
• Logistics: Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Portuguese Residency Card, and be comfortable working in a shift rotation.
