About the Role:
Were looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join our support team for the English market, working in a dynamic environment where problem-solving and technical expertise are key. While this role is primarily focused on English-speaking customers, you must also speak Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese to support occasional project needs.
Important: This is a technical role, not general customer support. Prior experience in IT support, Cloud Solutions, or similar technologies is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level technical support to English-speaking users (and occasionally in a second EU language)

Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud services and software platforms

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical cases

Follow up on support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tools, systems, and processes
What Were Looking For:

Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese

Prior experience in IT or Cloud Solutions support is mandatory

Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of cloud environments

Great communication and organizational skills

Able to work independently and manage technical tasks efficiently
