• Remote (if located outside Galicia and not from the islands)

About the Role:

Were looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join our support team for the English market, working in a dynamic environment where problem-solving and technical expertise are key. While this role is primarily focused on English-speaking customers, you must also speak Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese to support occasional project needs.

Important: This is a technical role, not general customer support. Prior experience in IT support, Cloud Solutions, or similar technologies is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level technical support to English-speaking users (and occasionally in a second EU language)

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud services and software platforms

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical cases

• Follow up on support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tools, systems, and processes

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese

• Prior experience in IT or Cloud Solutions support is mandatory

• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of cloud environments

• Great communication and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and manage technical tasks efficiently

• Flexible regarding work location (based on region)

• If based in A Coruña On-site

• If based in other parts of Galicia On-site for 67 months, then possible hybrid

• If based outside Galicia (mainland Spain only) Remote

• Candidates from the Canary or Balearic Islands are not eligible for remote setup
