About the Role:
As a Solution Specialist, you will be the technical expert working alongside our Sales Agents and Partners to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Your mission is to align our cloud solutions with the customer's business needs, making sure they understand the full value of what we offer.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales Agents and Connection Managers to drive upsell and cross-sell success

Present the value and differentiation of cloud solutions tailored to each customer's business goals and IT initiatives

Provide technical product overviews and insights that match customer needs and usage scenarios

Drive customer success with innovative ideas and increase technical know-how internally and externally

Audit and validate implementation requirements, including accurate cost projections for new services

Conduct live solution demonstrations via Microsoft Teams

Lead training sessions (group and one-on-one) across the Center to share your technical expertise
What Were Looking For:

Solid B2B tech sales experience with a focus on cloud technologies

Native or fluent Swedish speaker

Strong knowledge of solution selling techniques and cloud-based services

Excellent presentation and communication skills (both technical and non-technical)

Ability to work onsite in Málaga
