We're looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in Sofia. In this role, you'll provide support to Czech-speaking customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, or live chat.

  • Help customers with product information, orders, technical issues, and general inquiries.

  • Log interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to solve more complex problems.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent Czech (C1 or higher) and strong English skills (B2 or higher).

  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required full training is provided.

  • Comfortable using computers and communication tools.

  • A friendly, patient, and problem-solving mindset.

  • Residing in Sofia or open to relocating (relocation assistance available).
