We're looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in Sofia. In this role, you'll provide support to Czech-speaking customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
What You'll Do

Respond to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, or live chat.

Help customers with product information, orders, technical issues, and general inquiries.

Log interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal departments to solve more complex problems.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
What Were Looking For

Fluent Czech (C1 or higher) and strong English skills (B2 or higher).

Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required full training is provided.

Comfortable using computers and communication tools.

A friendly, patient, and problem-solving mindset.

Residing in Sofia or open to relocating (relocation assistance available).
