About the Role:

As a Customer Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering high-quality service and support. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced contact center environment, assisting customers with inquiries related to their orders, appointments, and general support needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in Norwegian and confident in English (spoken & written)

  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in a contact center environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • A proactive, customer-first mindset

  • Comfortable working full-time on-site in Málaga
