Salary: 3,600 BGN gross/month
Working Hours: Rotational shifts between:

  • Monday to Saturday: 09:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m.

  • Sunday: 10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.

Role Overview

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of tobacco and next-generation products, such as heated tobacco devices and e-cigarettes.

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, providing high-quality service to Slovak-speaking consumers of a premium global lifestyle and electronics brand. The role involves supporting customers with product-related inquiries, order issues, and account management in a regulated, adult-only environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email regarding account issues, product usage, warranties, and orders

  • Assist with identity verification, age-restricted access, and account updates

  • Provide device troubleshooting and user guidance in a clear, friendly manner

  • Escalate complex technical or policy-related cases following internal procedures

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions in internal systems (CRM)

  • Stay up to date with product changes, service updates, and compliance requirements

  • Work rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings, in accordance with schedule

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in Slovak (C2) written and spoken

  • Good command of English (B2+) used for training, tools, and internal communication

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Comfortable handling sensitive product and customer data with discretion

  • Prior experience in customer support, retail, or regulated environments is preferred

  • Tech-savvy and confident working with CRM tools and digital platforms

  • Flexible and team-oriented, capable of working rotating shifts
