DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and supervise a team responsible for risk and fraud analysis within a gaming or digital entertainment environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of team tasks.
  • Monitor user behavior, transactional patterns, and system alerts to identify potential integrity risks or fraudulent activity.
  • Review, validate, and enhance the quality and consistency of risk-related reporting and analysis.
  • Manage real-time escalations, support decision-making in complex or ambiguous situations, and provide operational guidance during live scenarios.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to promote skill development and high performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and improve tools, workflows, and processes related to risk detection and fraud prevention.
  • Ensure team adherence to company standards, contribute to performance reviews, and support incentive/bonus program assessments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • 45 years in risk or fraud roles, with 2+ years in a leadership positionpreferably in gaming, fintech, or digital services.
  • Proficient in SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions, keys).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, optimization).
  • Solid understanding of probability and statistics (distributions, correlation, expected value).
  • Familiarity with gaming operations, betting behavior, and fraud detection.
  • Proven ability to manage teams under pressure with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience with data tools (e.g., Tableau), bonus systems, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Background in process improvement or operational efficiency.
