Were looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Sofia! In this role, youll be supporting our customers with empathy and efficiency, becoming a valued part of a collaborative and growing company.

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, or chat.

  • Provide friendly, accurate, and professional support for a range of products or services.

  • Assist with account questions, order details, and technical troubleshooting.

  • Log all customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve more complex issues.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent German (C1 or higher) and good English communication skills (B2+).

  • Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage but not required full training is provided!

  • Good computer skills and a quick learner when it comes to new systems.

  • A calm, friendly, and solution-focused approach.

  • Based in Sofia or willing to relocate (relocation support available).
