What You'll Do

Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, or chat.

Provide friendly, accurate, and professional support for a range of products or services.

Assist with account questions, order details, and technical troubleshooting.

Log all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve more complex issues.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
What Were Looking For

Fluent German (C1 or higher) and good English communication skills (B2+).

Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage but not required full training is provided!

Good computer skills and a quick learner when it comes to new systems.

A calm, friendly, and solution-focused approach.

Based in Sofia or willing to relocate (relocation support available).
