What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, or chat.

  • Deliver clear, friendly, and efficient support for a range of products or services.

  • Help customers solve problems, place orders, or get the information they need.

  • Keep accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve issues quickly.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathy, patience, and professionalism.

What You Bring

  • Fluent German (C1 or higher) and good English skills (B2+).

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.

  • Comfortable using digital tools and communicating online.

  • A calm, solutions-focused approach even under pressure.

  • Residence in Greece (or willing to relocate with company support).
