Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Identify and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, local job boards, and professional networks.
• Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and English proficiency.
• Pipeline Management: Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Market Insight: Provide local expertise on the São Paulo talent market and salary benchmarks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brazil (to leverage local networking).
• Languages: Fluent/Advanced Portuguese and English is a must. (Native Portuguese is expected).
• Experience: Proven track record in recruitment (Technical or Generalist), preferably in a freelance or agency environment.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to represent our brand effectively.
• Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms.
