Role Overview

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will:

Provide support through inbound calls, chat, and email

Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy

Assist customers with inquiries, problem resolution, and order support

Work in a dynamic, international environment

Work Model: 100% Remote Anywhere in Turkey

Working Hours:

Winter: 09:00 22:00

Summer: 08:00 21:00

Shifts: 9 hours per day (including breaks 30 min lunch + 45 min rest breaks)

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday fixed

Training: 7 days (10:00 18:00, online)

Compensation & Benefits

Net Salary: 42,000 TL

Quality Bonus: up to 10% of net salary (max 4,200 TL)

Pluxee Card: 4,500 TL

Private Health Insurance (Mapfre)

Total Monthly Package: up to 50,700 TL
