Dutch speaking Content Moderator for Lisbon

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract)

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services, and industry standards
• Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
• Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines
• Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency
• Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
• Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
• Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced decision-making
