Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives through effective planning and execution.
    • Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
    • Drive business growth and profitability through proactive account and opportunity management.
    • Monitor, manage, and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy.
    • Assess client satisfaction levels and escalate concerns or issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
    • Gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement and identify new business opportunities.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer or partner inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
    • Prepare and present commercial and technical proposals that meet customer requirements and align with company standards.
    • Conduct outbound communications with existing clients to maintain relationships, promote new offerings, and support retention efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native or fluent in German (C1), with good written and verbal skills. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven background in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer engagement.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Proficient in using computers and common business software applications (e.g., CRM tools, MS Office, email platforms).
    • Previous experience in B2B sales or account management is preferred.
    • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
