In this role, you will be in charge of understanding and identifying customer needs. You will listen, respond, and mediate between international travelers and accommodation suppliers from all over the world, always ensuring a high level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Mediation: Listen, respond, and mediate between international travelers and global accommodation partners to ensure seamless service.
- Inquiry Handling: Clarify inquiries about services, payments, and technical requirements via email and phone.
- Information Management: Provide accurate information by following established guidelines and company processes.
- System Usage: Effectively use internal platforms and CRM systems to log and manage customer interactions.
Requirements
Language & Professional Skills:
- Languages: Native/Fluent level of Icelandic (C2) and advanced English.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: User-friendly PC skills (Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms).
- Experience: Prior experience within customer service or contact center environments is highly valued. An affinity with travel and accommodation platforms is a plus.

Benefits & Conditions
- Contract Type: Temporary contract (38.5 hours/week, Monday to Sunday).
- Shift: Available shifts between 09:00 – 20:00h.
- Salary: €22,249 gross/year.
- Holidays: 27 working days of paid holiday per year.
- Training: 3 weeks of comprehensive initial training and continued personal coaching.
