This is a 100% remote role, available to candidates living in or willing to relocate to Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
Your Role
As a Customer Advisor, you will support travelers by:

Handling customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat

Assisting with bookings, changes, and cancellations

Providing clear guidance on travel products, services, and policies

Resolving issues efficiently with empathy and professionalism

Meeting service KPIs while maintaining high-quality standards

Accurately documenting interactions in internal systems
Full training is provided — no prior customer service experience is required.
Salary & Benefits

Estonia & Latvia: €1,900 gross/month + €250 KPI bonus

Lithuania: €2,300 gross/month + €250 KPI bonus

Requirements

Danish: C1/C2 level (mandatory)

English: B2 or higher
