Are you fluent in Danish and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join an international team supporting a leading travel industry project — all from the comfort of your home.

This is a 100% remote role, available to candidates living in or willing to relocate to Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.

Your Role

As a Customer Advisor, you will support travelers by:

  • Handling customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat

  • Assisting with bookings, changes, and cancellations

  • Providing clear guidance on travel products, services, and policies

  • Resolving issues efficiently with empathy and professionalism

  • Meeting service KPIs while maintaining high-quality standards

  • Accurately documenting interactions in internal systems

Full training is provided — no prior customer service experience is required.

Salary & Benefits

  • Estonia & Latvia: €1,900 gross/month + €250 KPI bonus

  • Lithuania: €2,300 gross/month + €250 KPI bonus

Working Hours

  • 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

  • Operating hours:

    • Mon–Fri: 09:00–20:00

    • Sat–Sun: 10:00–19:00

  • Flexible rotating shifts

  • Part-time available (minimum 50%)

Requirements

  • Danish: C1/C2 level (mandatory)

  • English: B2 or higher

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
