Position: Client Services Officer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time, onsite with some flexibility to work from home on specific shift schedule.

Remuneration: Base salary.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally through multiple communication channels (live chat, email, phone).
    • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
    • Assist clients with account verification, compliance processes, and provide accurate information on account management, product usage, and platform functionality.
    • Troubleshoot client issues such as login difficulties, navigation problems, or technical concerns, and guide them in using available tools and resources.
    • Actively support client retention by delivering personalized assistance, re-engaging inactive clients, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and verbal.
      • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, client services, or sales within a regulated industry.
      • Strong understanding of financial products or related technical platforms is highly desirable.
      • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
      • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard workplace tools.
      • Professional, self-motivated, and a strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
      • Flexibility to work shifts, including public holidays, as required.
