Dutch speaking Customer Representative (Sofia)

Key Information Summary

• Monthly Salary: €2,000 Gross / Month
• Work Model: Hybrid (2 Days Home Office / 3 Days Office)
• Language Requirements: B2 Level Dutch & B2 Level English
• Shift Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 22:00 (Flexible working hours)
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 19:00

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch and English.
• Diagnose customer needs, address inquiries, and provide effective technical or service-related solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer requests and improve service efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Languages: Minimum B2 level proficiency in Dutch and English (written & spoken).
• Working Hours: Availability to work flexible shifts within operating hours (Mon–Fri: 10:00–22:00; Sat: 10:00–19:00).
• Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, detail orientation, and computer literacy.
