We are hiring a Finnish-speaking Quality Analyst for an exciting opportunity in Lisbon!

Role
You will ensure service quality and compliance while supporting process optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate service interactions and process accuracy

• Deliver feedback and identify training needs

• Support continuous improvement projects

• Maintain and share quality reports

• Partner with internal teams for process excellence

Requirements

• Native/fluent Finnish and good English communication

• Keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability

• Experience in QA, customer service, or BPO is a plus

• Good analytical and documentation skills

Conditions
