Remote Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor – Travel Project (Baltics)

  1. We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team on an

    exciting travel industry project.

    This is a fully remote position available in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania, giving you the freedom to work from home while supporting travelers across the globe. Your

    mission will be to help customers plan and manage their journeys, solve problems quickly, and make sure every interaction leaves them satisfied.

Whether youre supporting a customer with booking changes, cancellations, or travel guidance, youll play a key role in ensuring a smooth travel experience.

We welcome both experienced customer service professionals and newcomers ready to learn — full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist with bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.

  • Provide clear information on travel products, services, and policies.

  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions with empathy.

  • Achieve individual and team KPIs while maintaining high-quality service.

  • Document all interactions accurately in internal systems.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to continuously improve service.

    Working Hours

  • Shifts: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

  • Operating hours:

    • Monday–Friday: 09:00–20:00

    • Saturday–Sunday: 10:00–19:00

Flexible scheduling within these hours (rotating shifts, part-time available at min. 50%).

Requirements

  • Language Skills:

    • Danish: C1/C2 level (mandatory)

    • English: B2 or higher (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
