Position: Client Relations Officer

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Support customers with financial or transactional processes as required.
  • Provide guidance and information regarding the companys products and services.
  • Negotiate and maintain favorable terms and agreements with clients.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term business relationships to promote client satisfaction and retention.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native / fluent in Spanish both verbal in written. Good command in English
    • Proven experience in a customer-facing or client service role.
    • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
    • Experience in sales, account management, or portfolio management is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • A proactive, client-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
