Position: Client Relations Officer
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment type: Full-time
Work model: on-site
Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Support customers with financial or transactional processes as required.
- Provide guidance and information regarding the companys products and services.
- Negotiate and maintain favorable terms and agreements with clients.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term business relationships to promote client satisfaction and retention.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Spanish both verbal in written. Good command in English
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or client service role.
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Experience in sales, account management, or portfolio management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, client-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
