DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Oversee and optimize the performance of affiliate programs and day-to-day activities.
- Respond to affiliate and partner inquiries, resolving account-related issues efficiently.
- Research and negotiate with affiliate networks and traffic partners to expand reach and align with business goals.
- Draft and negotiate partnership agreements, renewals, and performance-based contracts.
- Develop partnership proposals based on expected return on investment (ROI) and performance metrics.
- Monitor affiliate activity for compliance with program policies, including fraud detection and adherence to guidelines.
- Analyze campaign performance and sales data to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Study market trends and demographics to identify new opportunities for growth and product promotion.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop promotional materials tailored to specific regions and audiences.
- Write marketing briefs and contribute to the development of advertising assets such as banners, landing pages, and email templates.
- Propose and launch new campaign initiatives, bonus structures, and promotional strategies for affiliates.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetups.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Additional languages are a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
- Industry experience in digital marketing, fintech, or similar sectors is a plus.
- Solid understanding of affiliate marketing, partner networks, and digital acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with compliance and marketing regulations is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of affiliate platforms and tracking tools is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events, conferences, or team meetings.
