Your Role

As a Production Supervisor for Flexible Packaging, your primary responsibility will be to direct and coordinate personnel activities in production, utilizing knowledge of flexo technology and presses including W & H Novaflex, Comexi, or KYMC flexo press to produce bags, food packaging, and sleeves. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where precision and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and procedures and monitor quality, production and waste in printing bags, food packaging, and sleeves efficiently and effectively
• Adherence to the production schedule ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain goals of machine productions, quality waste, plant safety and cleanliness.
• Work Tuesday - Friday from 6pm-6am.

Requirements for the Production Supervisor for Flexible Packaging role

• Target experience is 5 to 7 years' experience in leading or supervising wide web flexo press.
• A proven track record in the flexo industry.
• Ability to work in a high-speed, multitasking environment.
• Good communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• An attractive starting annual salary of $75- $90,000, depending on experience
